Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We are a professional factory who are specializing in designing, manufacturing and selling air purifier with humidifier, air purifier for pets, desktop air purifier, home air purifier, mini air purifier, car air purifier, wall mounted air purifier, etc…in China.
Q2: What certificates do you have for your products?
A2: We have ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & BSCI for our factory, and CE, UKCA, RoHS, ETL, FCC, CARB, ENERGY STAR, AHAM, SAA, etc for our products. If customers from other countries have any certificate requirements, please consult us directly.
Q3: Do you accept sample order?
A3: Yes, of course. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future. You just need to tell me consignee’s contact information and courier account Number. If you don’t have a courier account, we ‘ll calculate for you, freight prepaid.
Q4: How long is the sample lead time?
A4: For existing samples, 3-7 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Q5: What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
A5: Normally, 500sets/item. We also warm welcome any trial order whose QTY less is than our MOQ. If you have a trial order also welcome to tell me.
Q6: Do you accept OEM/ODM order?
A6: Yes, we accpet OEM orders with customized logo and packaging; and we also have ability to accept ODM orders with our own R&D team.
Q7: What’s your lead-time and payment term?
A7: Normally our lead-time is 30-45 days, depends on your order quantity and request. Payment term: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. Support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect your rights.
