Among them, the injection department has 30 injection molding machines, the SMT department has 5 automatic plug-in machines, and 6 assembly lines. Injection molding department: Firstly, what you can see is our large injection molding machine, which can produce larger plastic shell. Our entire department has over 30 injection molding machines, so you don’t have to worry about our production capacity.

SMT: All PCBs are completed in our factory. At present, we have realized automatic PCB plug-in. This is Reflow Oven and Wave solder. The tin melts at a high temperature, then the components are soldered, and then cooled. This is a complete auto-plugin. Machine like this is worth over a million yuan. But we have 5 machines in total. Over there is the optical analyzer. Mainly check whether the PCB is working or not.

QC Department: Antop has always been pursuing strict quality inspection from the incoming marterials and production to the product storage. All raw materials must be inspected by the IQC department first, and the materials will be put into storage after passing the inspection. During assembly, it is necessary to start 100% QC functional testing and QA procedures. Like aging test and noise detection. After all this is over, the finished product can be put into storage. What’s more, our QC department is independent of the production department, which better guarantees the strict inspection.

Production Line: What you can see now is the production lines. The entire factory has 6 assembly lines. The production capacity can reach 120,000 PCS per month. All product assembly and packaging are completed on the same production line. All shells, PCBs and various parts are waiting to be assembled into a complete product.

R&D Department: In addition, we have a strong product development department, the entire team has 60 people. Among them, there are 30 electronic engineers, 15 design engineers, and 5 packaging engineers. We can independently research and develop products for you, and also support joint research and development with you.
