We have a strong R&D department with a total of 50 people, including 12 electronic engineer. We can independently develop products for you or support joint research and development with you. The independently developed patented technology is the guarantee for product sales. We attach great importance to patented technology and have obtained more than 500 patented technologies.
Reliability and Standardized Testing
In order to ensure that the product quality is in accord with relevant regulations to satisfy the customer requirements, we conduct all reliability tests on all material, new products, new material, finished machines, etc. in the laboratory. The content covers 26 testing projects, and only a part of them will be presented below.

Strict Production Process Inspection
To guarantee the quality and reliability of our finished air purifiers, we subject them to a rigorous series of inspection. These inspection cover all aspects of performance and functionality, ensuring that each air purifiers meets or exceeds industry standards.
Semi-Finished Product Performance Test
Check whether the current variation is within the normal range during the switch of each button, whether the LED switch brightness is normal, and whether assembly of filter is correct.
Finished Product Performance Test
To ensure the reliable performance of the air purifier, the quality inspection process is crucial. We have conducted strict quality control.
Appearance Inspection
In addition to performance testing, we also conduct product appearance inspection to ensure that there are no issues with the appearance of the product, such as scratches or damage to the panel.
Aging Test
Establish a product aging test room to conduct aging tests on products. Generally, aging test requires at least 24 hours.
